This project focused on a complete exterior and façade transformation, with detailed specifications of materials, landscaping, and boundary design. The outdoor areas were reimagined to elevate both function and luxury, including the renovation of the deck with a bespoke pergola featuring automated blinds and integrated climate control. The pool area was fully renewed, complemented by the addition of a private sauna, creating a refined retreat that blends architectural precision with luxury resort-style living.
